Readathon: That First Hour

Pages read:  54.  I love these characters and this slice-of-life from Hard Pan, California.  And scrotum?  I have to laugh at how those librarians and parent groups got all fainty-fied about the word.  That's a derisive laugh, of course, but I'm happy if Susan Patron was able to sell extra copies because of the controversy.

Snacks:  0.  But the night is young, and my mind has already started wandering down that road.
