TBR Yikes!

Yikes! is right.  There's no other word for my TBR shelf.

Did I say 'shelf'?  It's time to unpack my plural forms.

Final TBR count:  298 books.  Yikes.

Hurray! I shouldn't say that, I know, but at least I'm not the only one with a pile of unread books/shelves!!! Oh Booktwin, look at it this way: you have lots to read. There is no need to feel those butterflies in your stomach that you are running out of new books. You are well-stocked for this winter! Have you made a list up, or seen a general trend of the books on your TBR shelves?

Your bookshelves are very inviting. I certainly appreciate having such a local and well stocked library so close!

Seriously, I think the majority of my books are TBR as I only keep my faves now. I keep thinking, if ebooks ever look like they're replacing paper books at least I have plenty in stock to keep me going. Oh and they're pretty good insulation too ;)

Ahhhh... those shelves (note the use of the plural) are a sign of a Good Life.

I haven't counted my TBR stack in years. I'm not sure I can count that high. But judging form looks alone, I think we're about equal.

If you've read all the books in your library it is not nearly large enough.

Today we were talking about preparing for if and when the big snow should ever come (the warm weather has me worried about what's to come) and I was reassured by my husband that I have so many TBR books that we could be snowed in for years and I would still have plenty to read. Of course, he exaggerates, but point well taken!
