Book Chase

Poor Sam Houston! Blogger has locked him out of his blog. As if that wasn't bad enough, they called him a spammer! To heap even more insult on top of injury, they said that Book Chase will be DELETED in 20 days! The turd on top of this less-than-appetizing banana split is that a software program, a damn robot is doing all of this!
>:<
Since I read and enjoy Sam's blog every day, this is an unfair hardship. If I were Sam, I wouldn't take this lying down; he should light out for the territory, i.e., Wordpress or some other place that knows how to treat a gentleman and a scholar. Please express any sympathy and/or advice in my comment section. Thanks.

I don't even know how that would happen! Blogger has the abillity to just decide your blog isn't cutting it? And call you names?

I haven't heard of that blog and will go check it out....

That's just another reason I'm glad that I left Blogger for Wordpress. You can easily tell by looking that blog is authentic. I'm very sorry this is happening. I have no idea how he could fight back, but I'd think that an email campaign to Blogger might be helpful. Count me in on that account.

Oh my goodness! How could that happen? I hope he is able to get in touch with a human being at blogger.

Me too!!!!!

Book-a-rama has been locked. I think something bad is happening in Bloggerland.

I think I'm going to Wordpress.

Sam- Go to Blogger's Help Group. There is a lot of people complaining there (myself included). Maybe that will get someone's attention.

Oh my gosh! Poor Sam and Chris. I have been so busy lately that I am behind with my Google Reader.
I don't have any advice except to say I moved to Wordpress and am happy there.

I hope you guys get this figured out soon and get back to blogging.

Yikes. How can this be happening? I've got a blogger blog, too. Must go add my voice to the dissent. Hopefully they will fix the problem soon and not delete people's blogs! We put so much work and friendship into them!

Oh no! And I saw that that had happened to Chris, too. What is the deal? Why would they think these people are spammers. I'm expecting it to happen to me at any second. Good luck to getting a response from Blogger, Sam and Chris. Let us know what happens!

I was locked out as well, but I have got access back now as well and I know Chris has her access back as well.

I am guessing that it was a problem with the automatic process that they run to try and find spamblogs, but it was annoying as hell.

As long as you requested a review then your blog wouldn't be deleted. It does seem a bit over the top though!

Blogger has confirmed that it is a mistake here

Bybee, thanks so much for the post.

Thanks y'all for the concern and good wishes expressed.

I see that Blogger claims to be working to solve the problem, but I haven't been one of the lucky ones to be reinstated yet.

I suppose now that the weekend is here it will be sometime next week, at best that anything happens.

Thanks again.

Wow, that is the most bizarre blogger problem I've heard of, yet!

Sounds awful, but it also sounds like it's being taken care of.

Now I'm off to check out Sam's blog if I can.
