Manfred, Jr. Goes Bookstore-Hopping...

...and look at what he picked up for me!

I saw this book in the Central Missouri State University library a few years ago, and was entranced by it at the time. It never occurred to me to look for it in a bookstore. The release of the recent live-action movie seems to have stimulated sales of all kinds pertaining to E.B. White's novel.

Several months ago, in another bookstore, I saw a copy of Charlotte's Web that had a little spiderweb necklace attached to it. One time, in a bookstore in Oklahoma City, I saw a copy of Charlotte's Web in Latin! I'm still kicking myself for passing that one up.
