Since I'm missing the library (both of 'em -- city and county), I thought I'd share with you some happy memories of last summer. In the first picture, I'm at Hastings in Warrensburg, Missouri. Next, I'm at a used bookstore in nearby Sedalia. After that, it's Hastings again. Finally, I'm at the county library in Sedalia. Looking at the pictures, I can still smell that lovely scent of thousands of books all in one room. If they could only bottle that stuff.

Hey Bybee, how wonderful to put a face to your name and what a pretty face it is too! :)
I have often wished to have the smell of books bottled, mmmmmmm, love it!
I agree with Lotus. It's always so nice to put a face to a name. And I LOVE pictures of bookstores. Looks like you were enjoying yourself.
Have you ever seen Suddenly, Last Summer? Hmmm....
But I love your pics! : )
